According to my inside sources, Lindsay Lohan is being evicted from her high rise LA apartment due to her inability to pay the months of rent she owes.
While Lindsay is in rehab, her belongings are all being moved very quietly to a new, much smaller apartment in West Hollywood.
To add insult to injury, I've also been notified that the judge is requiring her to pay for her rehab facility. That blows.
Hopefully, by "getting clean" she will be able to make her fortune back.
