This Weekends Box Office: Inception #1

The Sci-Fi Action thriller, Inception starring Leonardo DiCaprio took top spot this weekend at the box office raking in $60 million! Last weeks #1, Despicable Me falls to #2 with $32.7 million bringing it's two week total to $118 million.
Nicolas Cage's new movie, A Sorcerer's Apprentice debuted to a disappointing $17 million. Eclipse is still continuing to bring in the money though, raking in another estimated $13.5 million.
Rounding out the top 5 is my favorite, Toy Story 3. It took in another estimated $11.7 million bringing its five week total to $362 million. If you haven't seen it yet, see it!

For the second weekend in a row Toy Story 3 takes top spot, raking in an estimated $59 million bringing its total thus far to $226 million! If you haven't seen it yet, you have to! It was perfect.
Adam Sandler's new comedy Grown Ups debuted at #2 with an estimated $41 million. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz's new film Knight & Day opened up to a disappointing $20 million coming in at #3.
The Karate Kid raked in another $15 million coming in at #4, while the A-Team isn't doing as hot as it should be raking in an estimated $6 million. This brings its total to $62 million and takes spot #5. I thought it would be doing a lot better, it was a good movie!
