Travie McCoy "We'll Be Alright" [Video Premiere]

I'm a little confused, It had been confirmed that "Need You" was Travie's next single. Whatever the single is, both songs are great choices, but a definite decisions should be made soon with "Billionaire's" steam almost completely, it would be wise on the record labels part to make some concrete plans and promote.

Travie McCoy Lines Up "Need You" As Next Single

Travie McCoy scored a major hit with "Billionare Feat. Bruno Mars", and now he's lined up the much better "Need You" as the albums second single.

I think that is one of the best choices he could've made. The album Lazarus hasn't been selling well despite the success "Billionare". I think "Need You" will do just as good on the charts, if promoted properly. It's a great song, so I hope it does well.

This Weeks Hot 100: Katy Perry And Snoop Dogg #1

Like I previously reported, Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg's "California Gurls" hit #1 this week. Travie McCoy grabs himself his first solo Top 5 hit with "Billionaire Feat. Bruno Mars". The Black Eyed Peas score their fifth Top 10 single from The E.N.D. with "Rock That Body" coming in at #9. Mike Posner scores his first Top 20 single with "Cooler Than Me" rising to #19. Taio Cruz's new single "Dynamite" debuted at #26, giving him two Top 40 hits in America. On the lower end of the chart Ciara's "Ride Feat. Ludacris" rises to a new peak of #71, hopefully it keeps rising or else her album will get pushed back. Coming in at #97 is VV Brown's American debut "Shark In The Water". I hope it becomes a big hit for VV Brown, it's a great song.

Ohh Sheeeitttt, this is bitchin'. Travie sampled one of my favorite songs, "Alright" by Supergrass. In other words this is the perfect summer song, and should follow the success his first single has had! Be on the lookout for his solo debut Lazarus, coming June 8th.
