I myself like to eat, so it's only natural that I cook a lot.
I decided to give this Engagement Roast Chicken a go, and it came out great. Then the sauce made after was banginggg. One of the best sauces I've ever had. The onions and lemon mixed with the chicken juices and seasoning was perfect. Also, I had no clue lemons, including their rinds, were edible when cooked. They were a little tart but still tasted pretty good. Give this a go, it's easy and doesn't take too long.
